Captain Horn's journal

It's almost summer outside and with the coming of sultry weather we already started to forget the Winter 2018. The amount of snowfall in Tokyo this year was extraordinary, and it lasted about two weeks, this is the first time the city experienced such weather in many decades. Pictures of winter wonderland can be found under the cut. It's Yoyogi park, situated right in the midst of Shibuya-ku, central Tokyo. The famous Harajuku fashion street Takeshita-dori is next to the park. I usually walk through this park on my way to work, and as the snow fell it suddenly became much more difficult because only one narrow trail was cleared from the snow and it had to be shared between pedestrians, cyclists and occasional joggers. But it was so much fun :)
